Booster Terrik is a smuggler from Corellia. His second-in-command is another smuggler named Talon Karrde. He commands his smuggling activities from his Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Errant Venture.
He sympathizes with the Alliance's cause and helps them during many occasions. He is a New Republic space hero and appears in eras 2-5. In era 5, his ship can be upgraded at a NR capital shipyard to be more powerful and have red colors.
Booster Terrik lives and operates his smuggling operations on Corellia. He's a good friend with Wedge Antilles and his family. Antilles and his daughter are close friends, he even lent Wedge his Z-95 Headhunter to avenge the death of Antilles family.
Sometime later, he was arrested by Imperial authorities and sentenced to do 10 years of work in the spice mines of Kessel. When he was released, he began smuggling for the Rebel Alliance and profited heavily from those operations.
During the Bacta War, he accepted surrender of the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Virulence. He then bought New Republic share of the Virulence and stripped the warship of most of its heavy weaponry so that the NR would allow him to keep the ship.
He renamed the Star Destroyer as the Errant Venture and used it as a smuggling vessel. After several years, the state of the ship became even worse. The NR repaired and upgraded his ship, as well as giving her a red paint job. The ship and her captain, Booster, would continue to serve the New Republic/Galactic Alliance until the beginning of the Second Galactic Civil War.
Booster's ship serves as a ISD II hero for the New Republic. Unfortunately, the Errant Venture is not as strong as other ISD's due to the stripping of most of its weapons and poor maintenance of the crew. However, in era 5, the ship can be upgraded with more weapons, armor and a red hull painting.
In combat, Booster should be used as a normal ISD as it is very effective against frigates. Sadly, like other ISD's, he is vulnerable to enemy bombers and bigger ships like Super Star Destroyers and Battlecruisers.
